DESCRIPTION:(This event is hosted by the Lodi District Grape Growers Association) \n  \nCentral Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board\n Workshop on Proposed Regulations \nThursday\, October 3\, 2013 at 9:00 am \nRobert Cabral Ag Center\, 2101 E. Earhart Avenue\, Stockton\, CA 95206 \nThe Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board will be holding a Board workshop to discuss new regulations for irrigated agriculture. These proposed new regulations may require farmers to submit yearly farm management plans\, nitrogen management plans and sediment and erosion control plans to the Regional Board. \nThe proposed regulations include any discharges to surface water or groundwater.
