Growing PREMIUM winegrapes is very different than growing commodity winegrapes in many ways – contracts are usually for higher prices per ton but are also harder to obtain\, extra vineyard practices such as leaf pulling may be required\, and it may take several buyers per farm to sell all of your grapes.
