DESCRIPTION:Today\, the LODI RULES applications and fees are due to Protected Harvest for growers wishing to certify their winegrapes as sustainable for the 2026 vintage. The Lodi Winegrape Commission asked Protected Harvest if they could offer a temporary discount on the fees since so many growers are struggling right now. The Protected Harvest Board of Directors approved a 10% discount on base certification fees for the 2026 certification year. \nContact Amy Hiser with Protected Harvest (certification@protectedharvest.org) to get a LODI RULES application and Dr. Stephanie Bolton with the Lodi Winegrape Commission (stephanie@lodiwine.com) to get a LODI RULES binder with program information. \nBase Grower Certification Fee:\nNew Grower: $1\,606.50 (reflective of a 10% discount on the regular fee of $1\,785; applicable only for the 2026 certification year.)\nRenewing Grower: $1\,084.50 (reflective of 10% discount on the regular fee of $1\,205; applicable only for the 2026 certification year.) \nGrower Incremental Assessment Fee:\n$2.00 per application acre for vineyards within Crush District #11\n$4.00 per application acre for vineyards outside Crush District #11 within CA\n$5.00 per application acre for vineyards outside CA within the USA\n$6.00 per application acre for vineyards outside the USA \nRenewal On-Site Audit Fee:\nRenewing Grower: $300 when on-site audit is required (typically once every three years) \n  \nLearn more at lodigrowers.com/standards.
