DESCRIPTION:North SJ Water Conservation District South System Meeting \nThe North San Joaquin Water Conservation District is holding a special board meeting on  Friday March 18th at 2pm at the Lodi Policy Dept. Community Room at 215 W. Elm\, Lodi to discuss potential water deliveries along the District’s south system for 2016. \nDiscussions will include the 2016 water rate and how to operate the South System efficiently  to deliver surface water.  It is critical that those landowners interested in receiving water attend this meeting to gather information about acreages\, flow rates\, schedules\, etc.  \nGroundwater levels in this area are at all-time lows. Interested growers along the south system should attend to learn how they can maximize the use of surface water.
