JANUARY 15, 2024.  BY LODI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

The Lodi District Chamber of Commerce‘s Agribusiness Committee, in collaboration with the University of California Cooperative Extension, is proud to announce the much anticipated 72nd Annual Lodi Grape Day event, scheduled for Tuesday, February 6th, at Hutchins Street Square. This annual symposium brings together industry experts, grape growers, pest control advisors, winery personnel, bankers, and business leaders for a day of insightful discussions, valuable information, and networking opportunities.

We are extremely excited to have Corey Beck, one of the most respected names in the wine industry, as the keynote speaker. The agenda with the full list of speakers has just been released (please see below).

Dr. Stephanie Bolton of the Lodi Winegrape Commission describes the program as follows: “Getting together in person to learn new things about farming is a core tenet of our Lodi culture and is one of the things that makes winegrowing here so special and unique. Lodi Grape Day was created in 1952 as a joint effort by Calvin Mettler (Lodi Chamber Agribusiness Committee) and Gordon Mitchell (UC Viticulture Advisor) and it is our great honor to carry on this tradition that helps connect industry and academia.”

Attendance during the morning presentations and wine tasting is FREE and open to everyone (no tickets or RSVP required). Tickets are available from the Lodi Chamber and are required for the luncheon and keynote speaker presentation.
