The Lodi Winegrape Commission and Lodi District Grape Growers Association have partnered with Community Medical Centers to offer a COVID vaccination first dose clinic on Thursday, March 18 from 12:00 – 4:00pm. This event is intended for farmworkers only and there is space for 80-100 people.

This clinic will offer first dose Moderna vaccinations of farmworkers only. NO WALK UPS and no second dose vaccinations. Only those having a confirmed registration with the Lodi Winegrape Commission (209-367-4727) will be taken at the clinic. Each person being vaccinated needs a time slot.

We strongly encourage employers (growers & labor contractors) to sign up and register their employees: 209-367-4727.

If at all possible, please print, have your employees fill out, and bring the “Patient General Medical Consent” AND “Patient Registration” forms linked below. These forms will also be available at the clinic but they will be able to process vaccinations faster if completed in advance.
