Join us for a breakfast meeting focusing on issues important to agricultural employers.
Agricultural employers are struggling to understanding the implications of two court decisions requiring separate payment of piece-rate wages for non-piece-producing time. How will growers cope with this new landscape? Bryan Little of the Farm Employers Labor Service (FELS) will explain the impact of the court decisions and what you can do to make sure that you are in compliance.
Stacy L. Henderson of the Law Office of Thomas H. Terpstra will provide “Practical Advice for Responding to Complaints.” The advice will provide guidance for employers to respond to a spectrum of complaints, including sexual harassment, harassment, bullying, favoritism, etc.
