Who Should Attend: Local Pest Control Advisers (PCAs), GROWERS who manage their own pest control (PRIVATE APPLICATORS) or who have pest control questions, anyone looking for viticulture DPR CE credits, viticulture TECHNICAL ADVISERS in Lodi, and winemakers/grower relations personnel interested in learning about vineyard pest management.
Description: Our group meets monthly (the first Tuesday morning) to discuss current vineyard pests and their management, including pertinent monitoring information and IPM strategies. Strategies for dealing with vineyard management challenges are discussed. The goal is to create a strong local network for communicating best pest management strategies and for support with solving viticultural anomalies.
Following our regular PCA NETWORK BREAKFAST MEETING, you are welcome to bring your male mealybug delta traps by for help with identification! We will have a microscope set up and help available.
