Description: Want to know how to determine costs for one specific viticultural practice, such as pruning? Paul Verdegaal will teach GROWERS and BOOKKEEPERS how to pull out information from the most recent Lodi Vineyard Cost Study and customize it to calculate your operational costs. Then, bankers will teach us how to use that customized information to best prepare for a loan interview (for example, to purchase mechanization equipment). There will be time for one-on-one help, so bring questions!
