SJDC VITICULTURE, EVALUATION OF WINE COURSE AT LODI WINE VISITOR CENTER

Cost:  $35 lab material fee

Description:  This class, hosted by Fred Swan of SJ Delta College, consists of 16 two-hour lectures held on Thursdays only. This course is an exploration of the principles of sensory wine evaluation. It is designed to expose students to a broad range of wine varietals and wine styles and to develop wine tasting skills useful at all levels of the wine industry.
