Topic: Bringing Science to Consumers

Description: We like to bring together local winery owners, growers and tasting room staff to discuss fun ways to bring the science of the vineyard into the tasting room. We will open with introductions of everyone attending then break into small groups for further discussion. Special guest Julien Dumercq, Executive Manager of IVES (an open source science forum dedicated to viticulture and enology) is visiting from France and will share his unique insights. Learn more about Julien on a podcast called “The Art of Selling Wine.”
